Ingredients:
- 6 - 8 chicken thighs or 3 - 4 chicken breasts
- 16 ounces baby carrots
- 1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Place chicken and carrots in slow cooker or freezer bag2. Mix all remaining ingredients with a whisk and pour over chicken
3. Cook on low 4 - 5 hours (6 - 8 if frozen)
Note: Slow cooker time may vary depending on your slow cooker
